At Nanobot, we stand behind the quality of our products with three layers of protection: a 7-Day Return, a 1-Year Warranty, and a Lifetime Replacement program. Here's how each one works.

7-Day Return

You may return your bottle within 7 days of delivery for a refund, replacement, or exchange, provided it's unused, unengraved, in its original packaging, and includes all components. Items are inspected on receipt to confirm eligibility.

1-Year Warranty

Covers defects in material or performance under normal use for 1 year from the date you receive your order, with valid proof of purchase.

          Warranty exclusions: This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, drops,
          improper handling, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
        

If your claim is approved, we'll replace or exchange the item. The replacement is then covered for 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty period — whichever is longer.
